"I stopped in without an appointment. Everyone was nice enough. I would prefer not to give agents low reviews but how else can you rank State Farm as a whole? They make it harder to switch agents than to leave State Farm altogether. Even though I am with State Farm, only my agent can view my policy. So I am unable to get a second opinion on whether I have the appropriate coverage. I go to an agent for their expertise but feel like I'm supposed to be the expert."

"I called State Farm 3 days ago to get a auto policy for my son , and I talked to a Candice, I can honestly say that was the best customer service i have ever received, and of course bought the policy for my son, I did tell Candice that because of the way my son was treated I would call her back to see what she could do for me and my wife. I am now 70 and having problems with Hartford, so I called Hartford thus am was treated like a thug just for asking some questions, so right away I called Candice, she remembered who I was and she drooped everything and within 30 minutes I had a new auto policy and a new home policy, she was UNBELIEVABLE, I truly believe in great customer service, I was a store mgr for Fry's- Kroger for 49 years and I was recognized out of 125 stores in Arizona with over 500 associations as being the best customer service store in the state, so yes i expect the best service anywhere I go. This morning Candice made me feel relaxed, she was solid in her knowledge, and understanding of my problems. I was treated so well, I felt so strong about who she is representing State Farm, and i could honestly say in not for her customer service skills, who knows where i would of went for my insurance needs, so I will just say State Farm you are so lucky so have such a high quality person like Candice working for you, she took care of my son 2days ago and me and my wife today, and I will be sending more people around.So in closing all I can say is thank you Candice so very much , and believe me I'm always the first to complain, so for me to give this review she has definitely earned my 5 Star rating thanks Candice, Louis Schaum Jr"
